Terms

These terms are between you and MentalCraft, LLC, who runs MemeTwin. Using the site means you accept them.

The service

You pick a trend, upload one photo and pay; an AI video model makes a short video of that trend from your photo, usually in 5 to 20 minutes. The model is google/veo-3.1-fast, run through Cloudflare's AI catalog. Nothing here is filmed or edited by a person.

One payment buys a pack of 1, 5 or 20 videos. There is no account and no subscription, and nothing renews.

Your photo

• Use only a photo of you, or of someone who said yes. You confirm this before you upload.
• No photos of children.
• We never make sexual content, violence or gore, hate, anything that sexualizes or endangers children, a real person's likeness without their yes, or someone else's logo, brand or character.

Each photo passes a safety check (OpenAI's omni-moderation) before it is kept, and each video passes it before you see it. A photo that doesn't pass is refused before you pay; a video that doesn't pass is not shown, and its credit comes back. A video whose check is unclear is held back, not shown.

Your video

You may keep it, post it and share it. It is made by AI: say so where a platform asks, and don't use it to deceive anyone or to pass as someone else. AI videos can look like others, so we don't promise that a video is unique.

Limits

We provide the site as it is. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the videos in question. These terms follow the laws of the seller's place of business; if you live in the EU or the UK, you also keep the rights your law gives you.
