MentalCraft, LLC runs MemeTwin. We keep only what we need to make and deliver your videos and to stop abuse.

What we keep

• Your photo: kept privately, never shown to anyone, and deleted 2 days after you upload it.
• Your videos: kept privately with your order, so you can watch and download them again. Anyone with your order link can see them; to have them deleted, write to us.
• Your email address, given at checkout: used only to send you the link to your order and to answer you.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself: for limits, and to link the steps below.
• The result of each safety check.
• Failed payments, refunds and disputes, noted against a one-way hash of your IP address and of your email address, to stop fraud.
• Counts of the steps people take (pages opened, trends picked, checkouts, payments), to see what helps. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, or when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, each step is counted on its own and never linked to another.

What we don't keep

• Card details: we never see them.
• Advertising cookies or cross-site tracking: we use none.

Who helps us

• Cloudflare: hosting, storage, the check that you are a person (Turnstile), and the AI catalog that runs the video model; to make your video it passes your photo to the model's maker.
• OpenAI: the safety check of your photo and of each video.
• Stripe: checkout and payment.
• Resend: sends the email with the link to your order.
• PostHog, in the EU: the step counts above.

You can use the site without an account. To see or delete what we keep about you, write to hello@memetwin.com(opens in a new tab).
