Refunds

What one payment includes

One payment buys a pack of 1, 5 or 20 videos. Each video is one trend made from one photo, on any open trend. Nothing renews and nothing is added to your order.

When a video can't be made

If a video doesn't pass the safety check, or the model fails to make it, its credit comes back for another try, with another photo or another trend.

When we refund

• Your videos keep failing: we refund the videos left in your pack.
• A video doesn't play or download.
• You were charged twice, or for something you didn't order.

Each video is a paid run of the model, so a video that was made is not refunded for a change of mind. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also keep the rights your law gives you.
